Si te preguntas cómo trabajar las normas de la clase de forma innovadora ¡Tengo buenas noticias! Te traigo 2 propuestas que vas a poder usar para mejorar la convivencia en tu aula.
Antes de comenzar con las propuestas, es importante considerar tu estilo de enseñanza y tu situación laboral. Por eso te animo a que contestes mentalmente a las siguientes preguntas.
- ¿Tienes un estilo de enseñanza horizontal o vertical (te gusta implicar a tus alumnos en la convivencia en el aula o no)?
- ¿Vas a trabajar con ese grupo de alumnos por más de 3 meses?
La primera propuesta es colaborativa. Si quieres implicar a tus estudiantes a tomar decisiones, esta opción es para ti. También requiere invertir buena parte de una clase para poder desarrollarla, por lo que tiene más sentido usarla cuando vas a estar con tus alumnos por más tiempo.
¿Qué puede aportar esta forma de trabajar las normas de la clase a tus estudiantes?
- Entrenar la toma de decisiones.
- Desarrollar habilidades de equipo y liderazgo.
- Experimentar con una experiencia democrática.
- Implicar al alumnado para elegir el marco de convivencia del grupo.

La segunda propuesta es una buena opción para profesores que están haciendo sustituciones cortas. También se adapta mejor a docentes que no están cómodos compartiendo parte de su poder con sus estudiantes.
¿Qué ventajas tiene?
- Es una opción ágil de implementar las normas de la clase.
- El profesor tiene más control del proceso y las normas.
- Proporciona un marco de convivencia para el grupo.
