Ocho de marzo, Día Internacional de la Mujer. Pero… ¿Qué ocurre con las mujeres con Diversidad Funcional? ¿Están representadas en el feminismo? ¿Están visibilizadas en el feminismo? ¿Alguien les ha explicado qué es y cómo las incluye? ¿Conocen los diferentes términos que han surgido gracias al feminismo?
Feminismo en pictogramas es una breve guía terminológica que surge de la necesidad de hacer este movimiento social accesible.
Con este documento lo que pretendemos es facilitar la comprensión del feminismo, y gran parte de los términos que de ello han surgido, a personas con Diversidad Funcional.
Para ello, hemos utilizado cuatro claves en su elaboración que nos han permitido hacer que esta guía sea accesible:
- PICTOGRAMAS: una vez más, y como en todos nuestros materiales, el uso de pictogramas como apoyo visual a la comprensión ha sido fundamental. Las imágenes nos ayudan a poner forma a conceptos abstractos, y por lo tanto muy complejos de imaginar, representar y simbolizar en personas con Diversidad Funcional y/o dificultades en la comprensión. De nuevo, una vez más (aunque suene redundante), desde Compartir es Vivir queremos agradecer a los compañeros de ARASAAC su trabajo; sólo les hizo falta tres días para elaborar el pictograma de feminismo cuando se lo pedimos, además del pictograma de machismo, mujer feminista y hombre feminista. ¡Infinitamente agradecida a vuestro trabajo!

- Open Dyslexic: otro de los que se han convertido en un gran recurso en la elaboración de nuestros materiales, ha sido la tipografía Open Dyslexic, la cual nos descubrió Gey Lagar. Esta fuente nos permite facilitar la lectura a personas con dislexia, y aunque aún no cuenta con evidencia científica contrastada, se están realizando estudios que demuestran sus beneficios, ademas de la opinión y valoración positiva de personas con dislexia que ya la han utilizado.

- Lectura Fácil: escribir en lectura fácil es una tarea muy compleja, aunque pueda parecer contradictorio. Para poder elaborar Feminismo en Pictogramas, hemos tenido muy en cuenta las recomendaciones que Óscar García Muñoz nos hace en Lectura Fácil: Métodos de redacción y evaluación (haz click para acceder a la guía). Es la primera vez que realizamos un texto en lectura fácil, por lo que solo nos queda pedir disculpas por cualquier fallo que hayamos podido cometer y prometer que vamos a seguir trabajando en ello, para que se convierta en otro de nuestros recursos estrella.
- Lengua de Signos Española: para finalizar, y con el objetivo de hacer este documento lo más accesible posible, hemos incluido un código QR que da acceso al vídeo LSE 8M, el cual he tenido el placer de hacer con mis compañeras de Lengua de Signos en Ciudad Real. En Youtube podréis encontrar dos versiones diferentes; por un lado el vídeo con subtítulos escritos en diferentes idiomas, o el vídeo subtitulado con pictogramas.
