Dentro de mi Proyecto “Cuenta Conmigo”, trabajo esta actividad basada en el libro Emocionario de la editorial Palabras Aladas (también podéis utilizar el libro El laberinto del Alma de Anna Llenas).
Estos libros forman parte de mi biblioteca de aula relacionada con las emociones. Pensé que sería interesante, después de trabajar el libro, ir conociendo más a fondo cada emoción de manera semanal con el alumnado, y tratando de identificarla con situaciones de la vida diaria (en clase, en el patio, con la familia). Totalmente adaptable desde infantil y hasta personas adultas.
Como podéis ver, ayuda también como estrategia para prevenir el acoso escolar (de esto trata también mi proyecto), ya que tiene en cuenta a compañeros y familiares o amigos, e incluso ayuda a detectar algún problema que ellos y ellas puedan estar viviendo pero no lo hayan expresado por miedo o por vergüenza.
Cada ficha se puede hacer a ordenador con el modelo que más os guste.
En mi caso pegamos el folio en cartulinas de colores, y posteriormente se realizaron las portadas con goma eva.
El título del Emocionario se elaboró con goma eva brillante de colores, letra a letra.
Lo podéis decorar como queráis.
Este Emocionario que hicimos consta de 6 emociones, y el libro tiene 42. El libro “El Laberinto del Alma” contiene 58, y podéis elegir trabajar las que veáis para cada edad.
